Pillar 04 · Protect

A Climate Messenger’s households

Before the monsoon, each Messenger helps a handful of families make an emergency plan. When a warning goes out, the same app becomes a check-in list. Messengers check from home with an adult. They never go out into danger, and “needs help” goes straight to the adults responsible.

Try this

Open Household 2, which has no plan yet, and make one.
Save it and watch the plan count rise.
Press “Simulate a Level 3 warning” below the phone.
Check on each household. Try “They need help” to see who is told.
